    Yes, the microphone rotates up and over to accommodate both the right or left side. Adjust the boom so it points to the corner of your mouth.

    Rotate the volume wheel once while the headset is powered on and a voice prompt will indicate the charge level.

  • Q How long does it take to fully charge the headset?

    It takes up to 3.5 hours to fully charge your headset. The LEDs will turn RED while charging and GREEN once charging is complete

    The Duo unit also takes up to 3.5 hours to fully charge. The LEDs will turn RED while charging and will turn off once charging is complete

  • Q My device is not successfully pairing, what should I do?
    A

    At times Bluetooth connectivity will fail. If this is the case, power off both your phone and headset and retry the pairing method once powered back on.
